We treat Pokémon cards as a commodity at Eclectic Collectibles. We wish to ensure the buyers 100 percent satisfaction. This is our number one priority. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase reach out directly and we will do everything within our power to make sure you are 100 percent thrilled with your purchase. However, the purchase is of a Pokémon card at eclectic collectibles is analogous to the purchase of stocks. We do not accept returns. If you feel there is an issue, we reserve the right to examine your issue and determine if an identical replacement is due. Otherwise, we will be willing to buy the card back at market conditions and prices as we see them. Please understand that our position as a buyer will be different than our position as a seller and likely far more conservative.

 

The card you are getting is an ungraded card, straight from the pack, having never been handled, as we have always used gloves with trading cards. All our cards are in mint condition, unless stated otherwise, which I hardly foresee happening. The card has been carefully stored since it was pulled from the pack right up until the time it was listed. Please see all pictures, they constitute a part of the description. All Pokémon cards are sold as is. The exact card you see in the pictures is the exact card you will receive. All cards have never been played. They literally were pulled from a pack and placed into a sleeve and a top loader or a hardcase and stored out of the light until they are listed.
