Plug that prevents the engine block or cylinder head from cracking in case of freezing coolant. Also used to plug the casting holes from production.
Each core plug is between 0.25mm - 0.40mm (0.010" - 0.015") larger than the stated size on the listing.This provides the interference fit when installing the core plug.
Recommended using Elring Dirko for a guaranteed seal on installation.
