YAMAHA SA-1200S Super Axe 1980 Sunburst  Semi-Acoustic Electric Guitar

Description

There are signs that the pegs and PU have been replaced, but now they are back to the original.
I'm filling in the screw holes and repairing the whole thing.

Truss rod has a bit of room.
Fret remains about 70%.
It comes with SELVA's SULSA Black gig bag for Semiaco.

Also, paint cracks that often occur in the YAMAHA SA series are found in the jack, volume pot, and neck and head joints. You can also see some cloudiness. There are also several bruises. The playability is good.

"Super Axe" is a semi-aco model from YAMAHA that was in the lineup from the late 70's to the early 80's.
Now in stock is the upper model "SA -1200 S"!

Like the flagship "SA -2000," this model uses a single sheet spruce on the top.
It has a comfortable acoustic feel, a clear middle and high range, and a very comfortable lead sound when driving.

Equipped with a bi-sound system, it can make a sharp single sound suitable for cutting.
Please enjoy the essence of Japan vintage that is getting more and more appreciated!

Finger Plate: Striped Ebony
