The sale and purchase of goods under this agreement shall be governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as amended. However, the parties agree that the statutory provisions of the Act shall not apply to the extent that they are expressly excluded or varied in this agreement. In particular, where reference is made to the disapplication of a specific section—such as section 13 (implied term as to conformity with description)—that section shall have no effect in respect of the sale to which it is stated not to apply. This does not affect any other statutory rights and are disapplied as far as your consumer rights are engaged.

I will gladly ship to most countries. However, you are responsible for any customs fees and or taxes charged by your destination country. I ship by Royal Mail with full insurance which a third party provides, my insurance does not cover certain countries or has limited coverage provided. If I cannot obtain insurance, I may either choose not to accept the order, or offer you the opportunity to provide your coverage in which case you would agree to assume the risk for damages and non-delivery.
