All payment must be made within 5 days after auction ends, otherwise, our system will mark the item unpaid. Please contact us as soon as possible if having any problem.

Buyers are responsible for import duties, custom fees and taxes, if any. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine the additional costs impose on the item prior to buying.

The package will use the United States standard shipping , and we will process the order within 1 working day after the buyer completes the payment. 

Orders from Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will process on next business day and will be ship within 24 hours.

We offer 30 days return policy. Please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order if you have any issues with the product and would like to return.

All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID.

We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
