Listed is stunning, hand painted and artist signed, piece of vintage restaurant ware, dated 1979. The restaurant is unknown, however this piece is from the Medallion line of Sterling China. The "Medallion" line was one of Sterling China's popular patterns, often found in restaurants and diners. It came in various designs, including geometric patterns, stripes, and floral motifs.

Founded in Wellsville, Ohio, in 1917, Sterling China was known for producing durable vitrified china, particularly for the restaurant and hotel industries. They were recognized for their glazing techniques and the durability of their designs.
