So XPIMAGE publish this modify solution and make it work for most of the PL mount cinemas. the 0.71x function could be work too.)

2  The XPIMAGE\'s modify set for the Mamiya 645 lenses is specially designed to convert the M645 lens to the Arri PL camera, allowing Mamiya 645 mount lenses to be mounted onto PL camera bodies. The 0.71x optic adapter gets rid of crop factor, and increases the aperture.
