Vintage 1923 Ted-Toy Rainbow Toycrafter No. 352 Children's Building Playset Rare

Playset is in FAIR condition overall. It includes everything pictured. All of the pieces show signs of wear and use, including scuffs, scratches, paint wear, etc... The box has significant wear, especially at the edges and corners, and the top of the lid has been drawn on and colored.

The top tray contains individual boxes of wooden planks and towels, in different sizes. Many of the boxes are complete, but there are some pieces missing. The individual boxes show wear as well, and many are missing the ends of the boxes.

The instruction booklet is very brittle, and the front cover is torn.
