Spindle Liner for Doosan Lynx 2600 Y CNC Lathe – Bar Support Insert

The liner is 3D printed in high-quality recycled PLA (rPLA) and comes in four interlocking sections for ease of shipping and handling. Assembly takes just a few minutes – simply slot the pieces together and slide the liner into the back of the spindle/draw tube. It’s then secured in place using the included fixings.

Once installed, the liner provides a snug fit around bar stock, helping to reduce vibration during turning. This results in improved surface finishes, less wear on tooling, and quieter, smoother operation.
