In last week's Viewpoint, Doctor K. Ross Toole of the University of Montana decried what he characterized as the "tyranny of spoiled brats" in today's younger generation. Two members of that younger generation answer him today on this page. Ellis N. Cose, 19, is a sophomore at the University of Illinois Circle Campus, where he is majoring in psychology. He has written a book, "Essence of Blue" tentatively scheduled for publication in October.
