Returns and Exchanges

  • General: All returns must be received no later than 30 days from the delivery date. Returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your eBay Invoice with all returns.
  • Pre-Owned/Used: Returns and exchanges must be in the same condition that the item was shipped and received.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
  • Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or USPS mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
  • Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or eBay Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. 

Shipping:

We ship our products out each day via USPS and Fedex. Orders placed after 12PM (Monday-Friday (Excluded Holidays)) will ship the next business day. We're closed on Saturday/Sunday and all major holidays. Orders placed on weekend or on Holidays will ship the next business day. 

International Shipping:

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you're unfamiliar with the customs fees for your country, please contact your local customs office to inquire about these fees before buying. In addition, international orders take 3-4 business days to ship.
