An item has been previously used. The item may have some sigh of cosmetic wear, but fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or shop return that has been used. See the seller's listings for full details and description of any imperfections. 

Customer's responsibility: 

Customer should match the pictures and part numbers before they finalize the purchase to avoid any confusions. If the customer purchases any item by mistake, 25% of the purchase amount shall be deducted on refund. Please read all the description and policies before finalizing the purchase. 

Return 

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. You need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Any security marks removed or tampered with will void any warranty. Pictures must be sent to confirm condition. 

Warranty: 

 In the event of failure, a replacement part will be supplied. If a replacement part cannot be found in a reasonable amount of time the full purchase price will be refunded. 

If you have ordered the wrong part, i.e., your part number is different, please return the item including a completed Returns Form (see 'Returns') requesting the correct part and we will do our best to get one out to you upon receipt. If the new part is unavailable, we will refund your order and email to inform you. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty, or we sent the wrong part. 

Replacement or refund will only be given on production of the original invoice. 

Replacement or refund will only be given if the item is returned in the same condition as supplied with the security marks still visible. 

We will not reimburse any labour costs / charges involved with fitting, removal and / or changing of parts supplied by the company, under any circumstances.

We accept payment by credit or debit card, cash on collection and bank transfer. Some cards are subject to handling charges as set by the providers, please confirm before proceeding. 

All auctions and buy it now prices include VAT. If you are local, we are happy for you to come and pick the item up. We have a walk-in counter for customers and are always happy to help with any queries or problems. Our opening hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday & 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday. 

Postage and packaging terms: 

Postage and packaging rates mentioned on the website are for UK mainland only. Item with free postage is stated accordingly. 

Postage rates for Scottish Highlands, Ireland / Northern Ireland / Scottish islands / Scilly isles / Isle of Man / Isle of Wight and PO Box are more than the rates mentioned on the advertisements. Customers in the above-mentioned areas are requested to confirm the postage rates through calling or messaging us. 

We also ship the items all over the world. Please confirm postage charges before finalizing the purchase through the contact numbers or email. Please leave your best contact number after purchase for courier purpose and to get any further information. We will dispatch the item same day by 2:00 pm, once the purchase is finalized and the payment is credited in our account before 1:00 pm. 

AS WE DO COUNTER SALES AT OUR PREMISES THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE PRODUCT IS SOLD AT THE COUNTER. THIS IS A RARE CASE, HOWEVER IF THIS HAPPENS, WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND FOR THE PAYMENTS MADE.
