One-touch measurement

All you have to do is lightly touch the sensors with your fingertips to get insights on your health. The higher microvascular density in your fingertips allows for more accurate measurements and reduced external interference for more precise data that closely reflects your body's current state.

*Based on internal tests, the dual sensors of VivoWatch 6 are at least 10% more accurate than measurements taken with a single optical sensor. The higher density of blood vessels on the fingertips compared to the wrist also yield more accurate results.

Multi-sensor design

Rear sensor

Running an ECG with ASUS VivoWatch 6

Place your thumb and forefinger on the dual sensors on the VivoWatch 5 watch face for 30 seconds to get detailed recordings via the Electrocardiogram (ECG) app. The ASUS HealthConnect app can be used to share your ECG results with your doctor.

Body Composition

With built-in electrical sensors and BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology, VivoWatch 6 can measure body composition by analyzing water content, fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass and basal metabolic rate.

Relaxation Index

The relaxation index is calculated based on heart rate variability (HRV) and reflects current short-term stress levels. The higher the relaxation index, the more relaxed you are.

Sleep Tracking

When sleeping

Detailed recording of sleep cycles, including heart rate, blood oxygen levels and the number of times you turn over, helps to understand the distribution of light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep.

Before you sleep

Turn on the snoring recording function before going to bed to record any episodes of snoring while sleeping.

After waking up

Review your sleep score in the morning to quantify your sleep quality. If you have trouble falling asleep, fill out a self-assessment survey of sleep in the ASUS HealthConnect app to find out what you can do to get a better rest.

Nap

Naps are also monitored accurately. The VivoWatch 6 records every nap lasting longer than 20 minutes, ensuring you never lose control of your rest.
