This motherboard is listed for part due to falling victim to scrappers who have violently removed its north bridge heat sink. The north bridge chip has a small amount of damage as well as traces next to it. See photos.

Purchase this board knowing its either for parts or may need extensive repair. I don't have a CPU to test this with, so it is unknown to me if it works at all.
