This is a Collectible Stamp Bear from 2002. He has  a patch on his ear featuring a kitten and a puppy  from the 13 cent postage stamp in 1982. He is floppy, soft and cuddly. Condition is used with no stains, tears or original packaging or hang tag. He shows some wear from age and normal play/handling.
