About Me:
- Hi there, my name is Scott Thomson.
I am so passionate about the postal system that I set up the business Positively Postal which illustrates all things connected to that system and serves to promote such examples of postal culture and its positive benefits from all around the world.
Having collected (and accumulated!) stamps now for over thirty years my main area of interest lies in the modern philately of Great Britain which with the many new issues is exciting, colourful, vibrant and constantly changing.
I primarily deal in Great British stamps offering a no quibble guarantee. My eBay shop is regularly updated with new and exciting stamps so be sure to check them all out.
Postage:
- I offer FREE shipping on all orders
within the U.K. Shipping rates outside the U.K. are very reasonable. For orders
sent within the U.K. by Royal Mail 1st class, these will be
dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you
should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch.
In the very
unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, I am
responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. I also offer
combined shipping on multiple purchases, please wait until I invoice you
before paying.
Returns:
- I want you to be 100% delighted
with your purchase and that's why I offer a 30-day hassle free return period.
So if for any reason at all you are not delighted with your order, you can
return it for a full refund (including the original postage cost).
If you have
simply changed your mind, then you have to cover the return shipping costs (I
suggest using a trackable method). However, if the item is damaged, faulty or
in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return
postage.
