Camera will include a mini-HDCI to HDCI cable to connect to Polycom RealPresence Group systems. It looks nice, may have minor scratches, but will be presentable mounted on the wall above your monitor. GAVX tested the camera when we received it and, as always, we will test it again prior to shipping to Buyer. It is a pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera with 12x zoom capability. EagleEye 4 cameras are compatible with ALL Polycom RealPresence Group Series systems.

This EagleEye 4 camera will be packaged professionally. It will be protected from damage either with original packaging material, a foam bag, bubble bag, or bubblewrap. The camera will not be allowed to shift inside the package. There will be a minimum of 2 inches protecting the camera from the exterior of the box. This system will come with a 3 month warranty for end-users at the location we ship to. Resellers will receive a 2 day warranty. We will provide two hours of free technical installation support with the end user purchaser and ongoing trouble resolution, if necessary, during the warranty period.
We are a Polycom certified dealer for videoconference equipment currently being manufactured by Polycom. GAVX No Remorse Upgrade Option: If you purchase this system and decide that it works well but want a new Polycom system, you may trade the Polycom you purchase from us, at full purchase value, toward a new Polycom videoconference system at any time within the first 90 days.
