I have a McCall's Uniform Essentials pattern #3871 that features scrub tops and pants (perfect for a nurse, doctor or assistant uniform). The package contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Top A thru D have short sleeves; top A has button front closure, upper and lower pockets and curved hem; top B or C has lap front neckband, sleevebands, pockets and side slits; top D has ribbed knit neckband. 
• Pull-on pants have elastic waist and pockets over side seams.

This is a women's sizes 18W, 20W, 22W and 24W. It is an out of production, uncut pattern.
