This listing is for a Canon AE-1 Program SLR Film Camera with Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 Lens. It was made in Japan.

MESSAGE TO PEOPLE OF INTEREST : I apologize in advance because I am no expert on vintage cameras nor do I know too much about them. That being said I try to take as many pictures as possible to make up for that. Please try to use those photos as best as possible to verify and assure its the correct piece you are looking for. I am also unsure if the item is missing any pieces. Same thing goes for the function of the piece. I cant guarantee it works 100% as intended. Please please don't hesitate if you have any questions or need more pictures. I will always be glad to help and I usually respond within 12-24 hours.

Condition : This camera is still in fairly decent condition but has some minor damages and cosmetic issues. Biggest damage is probably on one of the knobs. The knob is partially chipped and may need to be replaced. As for the rest of the camera it is just a little dirty with a couple small patches of rust on some areas. The lens does not look too bad but probably will need to be cleaned because its collected some dust and it may have some smudges or small surface scratches. The lens still moves and adjusts just fine and it comes with a cover. The strap is also not in the best of conditions either. It has some staining and the rubber padding piece is pretty hard and worn down. So a replacement strap may be needed. Again I am not certain if this camera works or not because I did not test it but at the very least this camera would be great for parts or potentially a restoration. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or need more pictures!
