Delivery with damages

please do not accept the package with visible damages. Take the evidence photos and open to inspect the products on the day you receive it. If any issues with breakages or defects, please always contact me through SMS here as soon as you can.

🔁 EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Acceptable in 5 days after orders is confirmed.

REFUND POLICIES:

14 days return is acceptable for refund only in EU zone. Buyer pays for return shipping.

If you use a shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount.

International shipping - items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's customs value.
