However, it is extremely rare when an artist is a professional in both fields, when they are of equal value to him. It is precisely with such a rare dualism that we encounter Schulz's work," - Jerzy Ficowski.

"The Book of Images", which the famous Polish poet and literary critic Jerzy Ficowski (1924-2006) prepared for publication in the 1990s (it was supposed to be a cycle of albums), contains about five hundred drawings, illustrations and graphic works by Bruno Schulz.
