Murano? Sommerso Controlled bubble glass votive or ashtray/small bowl. Uncertain of what it is. My guess is a candle votive. 

Has Sommerso and controlled bubbles. Smooth bottom measures approximately 3.5in tall - Very heavy! 

No cracks or chips observed - in pre-owned condition
