Policies

We sell used Radio Audio Receiver Assembly and guaranteed to be in full working condition. Donor vehicle's VIN # will be provided on the customer's request.
Pictures & Part numbers are provided for references only. It is solely customers responsibility to check & verify the fitment in his/her vehicle. 
No labor warranty is provided.
In the event, a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

Warranty

Most parts we sell come with a 30-day warranty and a 14 day return period unless otherwise stated.


Shipping

Expedited shipping is not available
We do not ship to APO, military addresses, or P.O. Boxes
Item will be shipped within 3-4 business days of purchase

Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska customers *Must* Contact us before the purchase. Additional fees will be applied. 


Return Information

To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (Return Material Authorization).

For parts that are not defective, but are returned, the following will apply:
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to us. Thank you
