This is number 131 of the 399 run limited edition.  At this time it has received the highest grade from CGC for this edition.  I was actually taken aback by the grading because it is rare to see 9.9 from CGC lately, but to get that on a metal edition that usually has  defects that only they can see under their microscopes!  Dawn's signature was witnessed last Planet Comicon in Kansas City and, as you can see, the book sports her beautiful signature.
