Sterling silver tripod jug, baluster-shaped, with shield-shaped attachments. The thumb-rest lid is molded and decorated with a frieze of palmettes and fillets on the terrace, topped with a fretel. The lip is adorned with a fine cornice delicately highlighted with a frieze of delicately chiseled pearls. The spout, with its shapely shape, is enriched with fluting, an asparagus tip at the stop, while a large circular attachment connects the body to the beautiful turned wooden handle with gadroons and fillets, complete with its silver screw thread. The three feet are adorned with moldings with foliate clasps.
