Instructions: Just close the pop up flat and write your message in the space on the side of the card or on the tag provided before placing in the envelope for sending
Order by 1pm weekdays for fast same day dispatch, orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Select either your billing address or an alternative address, for example your work address for your order to be delivered to. Select the postal service that you require and the delivery cost will be calculated automatically when you checkout. All purchases will be dispatched to the address entered during checkout. Simple 30 day no quibble returns policy. Love Kate's are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied; please return within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition, (unopened, unused, and undamaged). Remember to enclose your Packing Slip. If the item has been damaged in the post then please make contact within 14 days so that we may organise a replacement or full refund. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive (because they are lost in the post) please contact us. (customers must wait until Royal Mail delivery timescales have passed before a lost in post claim can be made). Christmas Returns Policy: Extended returns policy, items purchased during December can be returned in perfect condition (unopened, unused, undamaged) by the 31st January.
