[The Masterpiece Heavy Bomber that Seized Victory]
The Avro Lancaster was the heavy bomber that represented the British military during WWII. It had a huge bomb bay measuring approximately 10m in length, nearly half the overall length of the aircraft, and its sturdy structure allowed it to carry a maximum of approximately 10 tons of bombs. In addition to the Mk.I, which was equipped with a British-made engine, the Mk.III, which was equipped with a Merlin engine made by Packard in the United States, was also developed, and a total of over 7,000 of each type were mass-produced by the end of the war. In the latter half of the war, it continued to fly as the main force in nighttime bombing raids on Germany, making a total of 156,000 sorties and dropping a total of 600,000 tons of bombs by the end of the war. It dealt a major blow to German industrial production and contributed to the victory of the Allied forces, and is counted, along with the Spitfire and Mosquito, as one of the masterpiece aircraft produced by Britain during the war.

A plastic model assembly kit of the Royal Air Force's masterpiece bomber, the Lancaster.
●1/48 scale, with a total length of 443mm and a total width of 648mm, you can enjoy the impressive feel of building it.
●Two types of front canopy, rear gun turret, propeller, exhaust pipe, etc. are provided. You can choose from a wide range of
specifications to assemble, from the early Mk.I and Mk.III models to the later models.
●In addition to the regular parts, pre-painted frame parts are also provided for the canopy (with some exceptions).
●The cockpit interior, rear gun turret, and main landing gear storage compartment are also finished with a sense of three-
dimensionality.
●The nose, upper fuselage, and rear gun turret are movable.
●Two Merlin engines are also modeled. The engine cowling is a separate part and can be attached or detached.
●The bomb bay hatch can be selected to be opened or closed. A wide range of armament parts are also included, including 200-pound
and 4,000-pound bombs.
●The slick-type main landing gear tires are realistically reproduced to show how they deform under their own weight.
