Usage:
The machine is used on production line of films that can fix edge of film on roller within in certain range.
Working Principles:
The machine can output high pressure direct current when it is working. The direct current can be used to breakdown air surrounding the film and form ion beam and static electron field. So that the film will be adsorbed on rollers without shrink in big range. The machine will guarantee width of the film produced to be controlled according to standard.

Usage Method:
1. First to affirm positive and negative terminal of output high pressure current, and connect the negative terminal with roller of the production line. Positive terminal shall be connected with spray point.
2. Head of spray point shall be vertical to surface of roller. There shall be a 0.8cm distance between spray point head and roller.
3. Turn potentiometer to the end in counter-clockwise direction and plug In the power. Open switch of power, turn the potentiometer in clockwise direction slowly and fix the film on roller within its standard width. The locking pin can discharge power sligh.
