I have a McCall's Costumes pattern #4550 that features a 'Phantom of the Opera', vampire or Victorian outfit. The package contains the instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Coat A has lining, contrast collar, cuffs, purchased decorative buttons and frog closures.
• Cape B has lining, collar, three flounce tiers and purchased clasp closure.
• Cummerbund C has lining and Velcro* closure.
• Jabot D and cuff E have purchased lace; cuff E have elastic at wrists.

It is an adult men's size XM - this is sizes Small (34-36), Medium (38-40) and Large (42-44).  This is an out of production, uncut pattern.
