Refunds or returns WILL NOT be accepted unless the unboxing process is fully documented via continuous, unedited video from the moment the sealed package is received until the item is fully unpacked and inspected.
To qualify for a refund:
The video must clearly show the outer package intact before opening.
The video must capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or interruptions.
All tamper-proof seals or security stickers must be clearly visible, intact, and unbroken at the start of the video.
No exceptions will be made if:
The video is missing, edited, or incomplete.
Tamper-proof seals are removed or damaged before the video recording.
