This is a Blackmagic Design DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G video capture and playout card. It has 2 SDI input and 2 SDI output ports that support 4K Ultra HD video signals up to 2160p60 (12G SDI) and which can be used for dual link SDI or fill and key support. HDMI input and output are available via a riser card (which makes the card 2 slots in height).

Analog or AES/EBU digital audio input and output are available via a breakout cable. Card has a PCI Express x8 gen 2 interface which is also compatible with PCIe x16 slots.
