Ring Resizing

Change of stone color or metal color.

Engraving (No. of characters will subject to size and space in the jewelry).

PAYMENT POLICY:-

We accept payment via PayPal only.

You can also use a credit card for payment by using PayPal as a guest.

Payment is required within 3 days after buying.

SHIPPING POLICY:-

Handling time is 10 business days after receiving clear payment and ring size confirmation. (Business days excludes Saturdays/Sundays and Public Holidays).

Delivery time will be 5-10 business days (which may extend during peak season time).

Kindly provide complete address and contact number for hassle free shipping.

RETURN POLICY:-

We accept returns only if there is any manufacturing defect or in transit damage.

Refund amount is based on product unit price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For incomplete or wrong address we are not liable for any return.

If in any circumstances, the buyer is returning the product, the courier charges would be born by the buyer.
