I have a vintage Butterick pattern #4875 that features an easy dress, a top, a skirt and pants. This is a Delta Burke Design, and the package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Semi-fitted dress, above ankle or top has collar, shoulder pads, princess seams, tie ends and above elbow or long sleeves. C: A-line, long sleeves with tucks and button trim.
• Slightly flared skirt, above ankle, has front waistband and elastic back. 
• Straight-legged pants have elastic waist.

This is a women's sizes 14W, 16W and 18W, and it is an out of production, uncut pattern - the package is showing wear and priced accordingly.
