Instructions

• The plates must be securely in place before tightening the belt
• Tighten by hand; do not use any other aids or levers to increase the tension
• Do not over tighten the strap; tension should allow panels to still lay flat
• Continue to lay the floor; releasing, extending and tensioning the strap to accommodate additional panels
