  • These cutting discs are made by a special process of Resin & Corundum abrasive to ensure extra toughness, sharpness, and durability.

  • Abrasive sand distribution uniform, fast grinding speed, sharper cutting, long service life.

  • The Cutting Wheels is Thickly inlaid steel ring, anti-rust electroplating treatment of hole ring, firmly inlaid, high safety.

  • The cutting wheels are suitable for most angle grinders-compatible with all 3" angle grinders and 3/8" arbor, operating speeds up to 25,000 RPM and 80M/S.

  • Often used to cut iron, steel, alloy, aluminum, stainless steel,metal and ect.

  • Please wear suitable protective equipment during use 3inch cutting wheels and do not exceed the specified maximum speed.

  • Grinding Wheel

  • These are "depressed center" aka "type 27" grinding wheels.

  • They are reinforced with fibre mesh for increased safety

  • Grinding Wheels 3" x 1/6" x 3/8" ( 75 mm x 4 mm x 10mm )

  • A60 grit (Aluminum Oxide Abrasive Material)

  • Mounting Mandrel

  • The mounting mandrel is composed of a handle with two different types of thread head.   

  • This mounting arbor is mainly used to mount small diameter cut-off wheels or circular saw blades with a 3/8inch or 1/4inch core hole, with a journal length suitable for cutting discs from 0.035inch to 0.16inch thick.

  • Shank dia x L: 1/4” x 1-15/16”, #1 screw head dia x arbor dia x L: 3/4” x 3/8” x 5/8”, #2 screw head dia x arbor dia x L: 3/4” x 1/4” x 5/8”.

  • Cut-off wheel arbor with 1/4 inch(6.35mm) shank fits most die grinders, drill rotary tools.   

  • The cut-off wheel arbor is made of A3 carbon steel with a black plated finish for durability and rust resistance for long term use.

  • The mandrel structure can also be used to mount various other types of grinding wheels, such as grinding, sanding, cleaning, descaling, polishing grinding wheels or hss saw blades.
