All of our casters are brand new and high quality, checked by our staff before dispatch. They are of the popular red non-marking rubber type and can be used for a multitude of applications, including flight cases, instrument cases, display/exhibition equipment, dollies, toolboxes, light machinery, equipment stands, mobile workstations, speakers, cabinets, stands, amps, electrical enclosures, furniture, etc. Ball bearings are used in all joints, and the double-bearing wheel brings maximum loading capacity and long working life.

Returns

You have 30 days from placing your order to return an item to us. We do not accept returns on items that have been used/installed, but we will offer a replacement for a faulty item.  In some cases, if the item is in used or damaged condition, we will issue a partial refund.

We will issue a full refund only if the item is received with its full, original packaging and falls within the outlined time frame.
