AS-210 is a clear 100% acrylic elastomeric roof primer and sealer of constant flexibility for crack resistance. This primer and sealer penetrates and waterproofs concrete to stop leaks thoroughly. The product also protects exposed architectural concrete, aggregate sidewalks and ornamental stone.
  • May be applied with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer
  • Covers approximately 350 sq. ft. per gallon (1,750 sq. ft. per pail)
  • For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal, rubberized asphalt, rubberized mastic, trailers, RVs, and wood
  • Dry to touch: 30 minutes; Dry to recoat: 4 hours
