Nkui is a traditional dish from Western Cameroon, it is food from the Bamileke tribe.
It is a sticky sauce extract from the nkui bark. the sticky extraction is flavored with more than African spices.
The dish is mostly cooked for the mother after birth to cleanse the stomach and get more milk for the baby.
It is served with boiled cornmeal and green vegetables as meat.
