Delivery

Before You Order:

Delivery Hours:

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery Method:

Handled by the Cleo Baths fleet (single driver) or an authorised carrier, depending on the order.

Your Assistance May Be Required:

For heavy items, the driver may need help unloading.

Delivery Placement:

We aim to leave large products kerbside and in a safe, accessible location at your property.

A signature upon delivery confirms acceptance of the goods' condition and accuracy.

Returns

Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind Returns:
 
If you no longer want your item (non-faulty), you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

How to return: Request a return via eBay.

Costs: You cover return shipping.

Refund timeline: Processed within 14 days of receiving the item.

We cannot accept returns if:

The item has been used.

Parts are missing.

Faulty Items:

If your item develops a fault:

Contact us via eBay messaging to arrange collection.

Provide photos of the fault.

If testing confirms the fault, you’ll receive a full refund (including original delivery costs).

If the item is not faulty, only the product value will be refunded (you cover return shipping).

Note: For large pallet deliveries, return costs may be significantly higher than the original delivery fee.

Checking Deliveries for Damage

Small Items:

Inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Delays in reporting issues may affect your refund eligibility.

Bulky/Pallet Deliveries:

You must check for damage before signing.

If you sign without checking, the driver may refuse to leave the goods.

If the driver won’t wait, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If someone signs on your behalf:

They must check the goods—you are responsible for any unverified damage.

You agree to cover any losses if they fail to inspect before signing.

Payment

Payment is required immediately via PayPal.
 
Your order will be processed and dispatched once payment is confirmed.
