I have a McCall's Easy Endless Options pattern # P349 that features a nightshirt, tops, a camisole and pull-on pants. The package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Nightshirt A and top B have long sleeves and optional elasticized pocket with bow trim; nightshirt has shirttail hem; top C has ruffled hem, three-quarter length sleeves and optional ribbon trim.
• Camisole has optional rosette trim.
• Pants have elastic waist casing and tack-on tie.

It is a misses' sizes Large (16-18) and Extra-Large (20-22). This is an out of production, uncut pattern.
