Operation method:
1. First, cut off the welded saw blade at 90 degrees at the bottom of the saw tooth, then place the welded saw on the left and right electrodes respectively, adjust the clamping screws according to the thickness of the saw blade and adjust the tension to 3-4 positions, hold the chassis with the left hand, press the welding switch with the right thumb, and let go after the welding is automatically disconnected, and then complete the whole welding. Loosen the locking small wheel again, adjust the tension to zero, lock the saw blade again, and conduct a tempering.
2. Grind the tempering saw blade smoothly, and then place the saw blade on the chuck for secondary tempering. When pressing the tempering switch, pay attention to whether the current at the tempering position is too large or the pressing time is too long. In general, it is appropriate to see the welding place gradually black, and it is best to see the fire light as small dark red.
3. In order to prolong the service life of the transformer, it is recommended that no more than 5 saw blades be continuously welded, and the welding can be continued after about 30 minutes of standby. Overload use is strictly prohibited.
4. When using the saw blade cutter, please do not cut the position with welded junction. When the cutter is not sharp, it can be removed for grinding. The cutter can grind 2mm at most.
