The Heating Pain Relief is intended for:

The relief of pain associated with
sore or aching muscles of lower back, arms, legs, shoulder or foot due
to strain from exercise.

Receiving and inspection:

Remove this device and other components from the packaging and inspect for damage.

Before using your device, inspect these items and ensure that:

1. The cord with pads is not broken.

2. The gel are not damaged.

3. The device is intact and working.

When should I start therapy?
Use this device as soon as your pain begins. Start with one session, the device automatically turns off at 30minutes.
Get to your pain early
If
you get to your pain early, it may prevent the pain from becoming
worse. It’s better for you to get it under control sooner so that it
does not reach a high pain threshold where it limits your
dailyactivities.
Recommended duration of use
Start
with one 30-minute session. Rate your pain. A rating of 1 indicates
less pain whereas a rating of 10 indicates a high amount of pain. Stop
therapy session if pain has reduced or stopped.
