✔️Due to the handmade and perishable nature of my sugar cookies, I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. All sales are final.
✔️Each cookie is individually handmade and may vary slightly in shape, color, or decoration.
🎁 Carefully Packaged for Protection:
✔️Each sugar cookie is individually heat-sealed to maintain freshness and prevent sticking. Cookies are placed in a sturdy gift box with crinkled paper to minimize movement during shipping. All orders are securely sealed to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
✔️Please note: Although I package each order carefully, slight shifting, minor cracks, or small color variations may occur during transit due to the delicate nature of baked goods. This is normal and is not considered a defect.
🚚 Shipping & Freshness:
✔️All cookie orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days within the U.S.) to help maintain freshness and ensure prompt delivery. I do not use Ground Advantage or standard 5–7 day shipping for baked goods.
✔️Kindly allow up to 10 days for fondant sugar cookies to be prepared and shipped. I always strive to send orders out sooner whenever possible.
✔️Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, I am not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
