Cover sheet: Does have wearing to edges, creases to corners, spine and edges. Also has some indents- some are from previous game case was in. Inner white part of paper does have some brown specks.

Manual: Is in good condition. Does have some indents, wearing of edges and corners and some staining (brown) along top front page (white part of paper).
