This listing is for a brand new classical panty tutu (tutu only, no basque or leotard),The tutu is mounted on a velvet spandex panty so you need to only find a pretty basque (or use it as a practice tutu) I have lots of pretty basques available, just make sure to buy the periwinkle or color orchid. This tutu would retail at  $45 or more in adult sizes but was never offered before the company shuttered it's doors . This item is unique in that it was never manufactured.
