The following issues may occur if you want to use LED bulb on some European vehicles or using LED bulbs for turn signal: Hyper Flashing, No Flashing, or Error Code. Those are NOT problems of LED bulb and NOT covered by warranty. You may simply add a set of load resistor (NOT included) to avoid those issues.can be solved with a decoder (decoder must be purchased separately)

1.Both side could not work?
please turn around the plug (swap the polarity) and try again
2.One side could not work?
1)please turn around the plug (swap the polarity) of the defective bulb and try again
2)please exchange the bulbs from side to side and see if the problem could solve
3)please check your connection and fuse
4)if still could not help, please contact our customer service, we will get back to you within 24 working hours
3.Both side flicker/interference/error light?
