Note:
Copper and aluminum surfaces cannot be welded, rusted surfaces cannot be welded, and smooth stainless steel surfaces can be welded normally.
One electrode of some batteries is stainless steel and the other is aluminum. Our spot welder can weld stainless steel electrodes. Aluminum electrodes need ultrasonic welding. Please note.
Reminder again, aluminum electrodes and copper electrodes cannot be welded.
Common circular batteries such as 1865032650 can be soldered. Two needles are stably pressed onto the nickel plate before welding can be output. Lift it up and weld again.

Instructions:
Spot welding nickel sheet
1. The battery should be fully charged and must be fully charged. The thickness of the nickel plate for spot welding should not be thicker than 0.12mm.
2. Pay attention to the pressure during spot welding. The harder you press, the smaller the heat; The lighter the pressure, the greater the heat; But if it's too light, it will puncture, and if it's too heavy, it won't hold. So it needs to be done with appropriate force and not too much pressure.
3. The battery should be polished and cleaned to remove the oxide layer and unevenness on the surface. If the soldering pen oxidizes and turns black, please polish it smooth with fine sandpaper.
4. Use the tip of the pen to point it firmly.
Welding method: Visually weld the head and hold it tightly at a 60 ° angle to the horizontal plane. The two needles are simultaneously pressed onto the surface of the nickel sheet, making good contact. The current flows from one needle to the other, and the high current melts the nickel sheet, thus successfully welding the battery and nickel sheet.
