Coffee comes in separately purchased capsules.  There are 6 tactile beverage buttons to choose a favorite type of coffee or hot milk. The water tank is in the rear and detaches for cleaning, as does the milk carafe. The milk carafe can be placed in the fridge after use. Shipment carefully packaged via USPS Ground Advantage.
