ZBX100 CNC LINEAR STAGE MOTION ACTUATOR
The high steel quality of the aluminium body, the high precision and high speed level that can be achieved with the ball screw and linear guide, together with its modularity and the advantages of the specification, make it easy to install and eliminate the need for the customer to design and produce the specific aspects of the linear motion mechanism.
- It is a linear motion device consisting of SBR16 linear guide, SFU1605ball screw, slider and base, connect the stepper motor together, with mechanical jaws and air jaws for various movements.
- Linear motion actuator can also be freely combined into a two-axis (XY table) or three-axis (XYZ table) system to achieve complex motion requirements.
- Linear motion actuator are widely used, easy to install and highly accurate.

Coupling:
- High concentricity, strong locking. Rounded and chamfered head position to avoid scratching. Rounded cut to avoid concentrated pressure at the tangent line.
Stepper Motor Bracket
Add the motor support seat, the rational design between the main support seat and the motor ensures the coaxiality of the fixed end and prolongs the service life of the motor, screw and coupling.
Also, unlike the fully hollowed-out stand, the three-sided closed design effectively reduces dust and dirt from entering the interior of the slide, reducing the frequency of cleaning and prolonging its life.
SFU1605 Ballscrew
High-precision SFU1605 type ball screw, with flange screw nut, it can be used under high speed and large load, and the operation is very stable.
In addition, it is equipped with a dustproof ring, which can prevent dust from entering the nut, which is beneficial to the normal operation of the screw rod.
Slider
The opening upward is designed to facilitate disassembly and assembly, and screw mounting holes and connecting pin holes are reserved. The single-axis module can be freely selected and assembled according to technical requirements.
Limit Switch Mounting Slot and Bottom Mounting Slot
The side mounting slot is equipped with M4 type nut, which can install the limit switch in any position.
Bottom M4 type mounting nut, the position is linearly adjustable, easy to install and locate.
