A lovely set of New Old Stock (NOS) Italian buttons dating from the 1980s, with a rich mottled brown colouring and a slightly concave design.
The buttons have attractive variations of darker and lighter brown across the surface, giving each button an individual appearance. The gently curved shape adds depth and makes these particularly appealing for vintage-inspired sewing and dressmaking projects.
Originally intended as garment buttons, they are also suitable for sewing, dressmaking, knitting, craft projects, alterations and creative upcycling.
These buttons are washable to 40°C.
